Honey Balsamic Roasted Brussels

Did you fall in love with our Valentine’s Day dinner spread? We were over the moon!

Of course the main star was our NY Strip Steaks, we seasoned these simply with salt, pepper and a little garlic and threw them on the grill, these guys never disappoint. If you’re looking for a star steak that’s not as rich as a ribeye and a little more butter flavor than a filet then you’ll love the NY Strip. It has taken top spot in our book.

You’re here for the recipes so I’ll get on with it!

We paired our beef with a side of brussels and crispy roasted potatoes… here’s how we did it.

Side of Brussels

  • brussels halved or quartered

  • mix with

    • olive oil

    • salt

    • pepper

    • garlic powder

  • lay flat on a sheet pan

  • place in pre-heated oven at 425 degrees

  • roast 23-30 minutes

  • toss with balsamic vinegar and honey

Don’t forget your appetizer cheese board from TX Cheese Boards… This pairing was a smashing hit so be looking for future collaborations!

We were on the moon for this meal and hope you love it as well!
