Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are not able to accept product returns.  Please contact us at within 48 hours of receipt of your box if you feel a product does not meet our quality.

Shipping Policy

All orders received on or before midnight CST on Monday will ship the next day, Tuesday. Delivery is 1-2 day service via UPS.  All orders received after midnight CST on Monday through the next Monday will ship out the following Tuesday.  No Saturday or Sunday deliveries at this time. We can accommodate overnight shipping, please contact us at to inquire.

Region 1 is PURPLE, 1-2 Day Ground

Region 2 is GREEN, 2 Day AIR (in order to ensure your beef arrives in the correct condition, we must ship beef by air to this region of the U.S., thank you for understanding)

We are now offering free shipping on orders over $250.00 to our Region 1 customers where we ship 1-2 day Ground. We currently ship to the lower 48 states. At this time we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii but are working to add those 2 states in the near future.

Pick up is also available at our Ranch/Storefront in Sulphur Springs, TX. The storefront is located on our ranch at 3445 I-H 30W Sulpur Springs, Tx 75482. Store hours are Tuesday-Friday 10:30AM-5:30PM and Saturday 10:00 AM-3:00 PM.

For our non frozen products, including but not limited to, jerky, snack sticks, pressed jerky, non perishable merchandise, we will ship these products UPS ground at a lower rate.

Your product is packed frozen in an insulated liner and placed within a corrugated box.  Packaging has been tested to last 48+ hours at room temperature and will include an appropriate amount of dry ice.  Products should be transferred to freezer upon arrival or consumed within 3 days. All perishable products ship frozen and will arrive frozen or partially frozen. As long as your product has not been completely defrosted it can be placed in the freezer.

All shipments require a street address (no P.O. Boxes).

G Five Cattle is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.  Please be sure to double-check addresses.

Billing customer is responsible to make sure someone is available for delivery. In the case that no one is available, UPS will be given instructions to leave on from porch. G Five Cattle is not responsible for deliveries that are unattended or returned to shipping carrier.

Please keep in mind inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipment delays.
