As our retail needs have grown, we are now processing our Wagyu in larger groups and as such we are not able to provide all of the cuts in the bundles from the same carcass.

There are no substitutions, we are building bundles from our stocked beef so it is our G5 Standard Cuts. The bundles are built on the approximate amount of meat you would receive on a typical whole, half or quarter cow.

Can I order Fullblood, Fullblood Reserve or Texas Wagyu Platinum Bulk Beef? Can I order Fullblood, Fullblood Reserve or Texas Wagyu Platinum Bulk Beef?

We cannot ship Bulk Beef at this time, We are only offering pick up at the Meat Market in Sulphur Springs, Tx.
