- 1 lb Wagyu Short Rib Bacon
- Fresh Jalapenos
- Meat Church Holy Voodoo Seasoning
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons of Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ Cup of Brown Sugar
- ½ tablespoon of G5 Wagyu Beef Tallow
- Cut jalapenos in half and remove all the seeds.
- In a small bowl, mix 4 oz of cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese, and Meat church Holy Voodoo Seasoning in a bowl until smooth.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture into the peppers.
- Wrap bacon around the pepper and secure with a toothpick.
- Combine brown sugar and Meat Church Holy Voodoo seasoning together in a bowl. Coat peppers with the mixture.
- Coat and grease a small pan in Wagyu Beef Tallow or other preferred cooking spray.
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and bake the poppers for about 18-20 minutes.
