Whether you're looking for an easy weeknight dinner or putting together the perfect spread for football Sunday, our Wagyu Chopped Brisket Sliders checks all the boxes. These G5 Wagyu Chopped Brisket Sliders are easy to make, packed with flavor, and perfect for game day, parties, or an easy weeknight dinner!
INGREDIENTS
- G5 Wagyu Chopped Brisket
- Fire & Co. Original BBQ Sauce, or your favorite BBQ sauce
- Hawaiian Rolls (we used homemade bread rolls - yum!)
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the brisket...
- Cook your G5 Wagyu Chopped Brisket until warmed through. We recommend using the sous vide method for an easy, tender result, but you can also thaw the brisket and heat it in the oven, on the stovetop, or in the microwave.
Toast the rolls...
- While the brisket is heating, slice your Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place them in the oven and toast until lightly golden brown.
Build your sliders...
- Place the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls on your serving tray or baking dish. Spread the warm chopped brisket evenly across the rolls.
-
Add Ons: For a flavor boost we recommend adding in jalapenos, cheese, pickles, onions, or other fixings!
Add the BBQ sauce...
- Brush or drizzle your BBQ sauce generously over the chopped brisket.
Finish and serve...
- Place the top half of the Hawaiian rolls over the brisket, then slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
G5 PRO TIP Take these sliders to the next level by adding G5 Wagyu Short Rib Bacon before placing the tops on the rolls!
