G Five Jalapeno Poppers with Wagyu Bacon Recipe

• 1 lb Wagyu Short Rib Bacon
• Fresh Jalapenos
• Meat Church Holy Voodoo Seasoning
• 4 oz Cream Cheese
• 2 Tablespoons of Cheddar Cheese
• ¼ Cup of Brown Sugar
• ½ tablespoon of G5 Wagyu Beef Tallow

1. Cut jalapenos in half and remove all the seeds.
2. In a small bowl, mix 4 oz of cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese, and Meat church Holy Voodoo Seasoning in a bowl until smooth.
3. Spoon cream cheese mixture into the peppers.
4. Wrap bacon around the pepper and secure with a toothpick.
5. Combine brown sugar and Meat Church Holy Voodoo seasoning together in a bowl. Coat peppers with the mixture.
6. Coat and grease a small pan in Wagyu Beef Tallow or other preferred cooking spray.
7. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and bake the poppers for about 18-20 minutes.
