Subscription box info (examples below)...

Choose between our Monthly or Quarterly Texas Wagyu Subscription Box. Your G5 Fan box will ship on the 2nd Tuesday of each month or quarter depending on the subscription you choose. Quarterly boxes ship Feb, May, August and Nov. Your G5 Fan Box will arrive within 2 days of your shipment day. When you sign up, your box will ship on the next period or ship date after your sign up date. Your Credit Card will be charged on the 1st of each month or the 1st of the quarterly months (Feb, May, Aug & Nov.)

Our boxes will be a variety of cuts and chosen by our G FIVE and could include specialty cuts, prime cuts, premium cuts, ground beef, smoked sausages or meat snacks. We do not offer customer customization at this time but rest assured we will make sure you will LOVE your box, see examples below!! 

We use a plug in (Subbly) to manage our subscription boxes and subscribers, you will create an account when you sign up and can manage your subscription through that account. ( Current Subscribers ) Through this account you can pause, skip, hold or cancel your subscription with ease. Please note: Once your card has been charged we cannot refund or cancel that month or quarter’s subscription.

Your box will ship in an insulated box with dry ice and will arrive within 2 days of your ship date. Products should be transferred to a freezer upon arrival or consumed within 3 days. All perishable products ship frozen and will arrive frozen or partially frozen. As long as your product has not been completely defrosted it can be placed in the freezer. Note: Shipping is free for our ground customers in Region 1, there is a $50 shipping fee for our Region 2 customers. We ship 2-day air to those customers, this is due to the perishable nature of our products, we want to ensure your products arrive in a timely manner and in the best condition possible. We are continually working on a more cost effective solution for all of our valued customers. Check our shipping page more info.
