This unique blend combines the best of both worlds, delivering a Wagyu experience with incredible marbling, tenderness, and flavor—never less than 50% Wagyu for guaranteed quality.

In addition to our regular Texas/American Wagyu, we have our higher graded Texas Wagyu that grades above an 8 on the BMS Scale, we call it our Platinum Texas Wagyu.

Grading an impressive 9.5 on the Japanese BMS (Beef Marbling Standard) scale, our Texas/American Wagyu is far superior to USDA Prime, which typically falls between a 3-4 on the BMS scale.
