G FIVE Wagyu Hidden Gems

Little known but big love cuts!  These are some of our favorites that are often overlooked because most don't know much about them.  Our Flat Iron is from the chuck and very similar and cut from the same subprimal to the popular Denver steak.  Oso Bucco is a traditional upscale Italian Dish... it's slow cooked, tomatoey and just yummy!  Our Cube Steak makes the most delicious chicken fried steak or cut it up for stir fry.  The Sirloin Tip Steaks or Baseball Steaks are delectable a perfect round portion size steak.  We love the Bone Chuck Short Ribs for Burnt Ends or just smoke, grill and slice!
